4. Installation Instructions
1. The ambient temperature is required to be between 15 and 35 ℃, and air conditioning is required;
2. An oil-free air compressor is required on site. It is recommended to match the power of 2.2KW, the nominal volume flow of 200 L/min, and the
rated discharge pressure: 0.7MPA
3 . Humidity requirement is 40% ~ 80%, no condensation, dehumidifier should be installed;
4. Power grid requirements: AC220V, 50Hz;
5. Power grid fluctuations: ± 5%, grid ground meets international requirements. In areas where the voltage amplitude is more than 5%, automatic voltage stabilization and current stabilization devices should be installed;
6. There should be no strong electromagnetic signal interference near the installation equipment, and there should be no radio transmitting station (or relay station) around the installation site;
7. Ground amplitude: less than 50um; vibration acceleration: less than 0.05g; avoid a large number of stamping and other machine tools nearby;
8. Equipment space requirements to ensure smoke-free and dust-free, avoid metal dusting and other serious working environment;
9. Air pressure: 0.4 ~ 0.7Mpa;
10. In some environments, anti-static floor should be installed to strengthen the shield, etc.;
